We’ve all been tricked into believing health & wellness are all about looking good, losing weight, getting a bikini body, etc.
To me, wellness is so much more than that.
I’m a firm believer that wellness is about seeking balance in mind, body, and soul. If any of these core elements are out of wack, everything else ends up pulled down with it.

This includes everything from running & fitness (to help you be your most vital/active self) to chocolate & pumpkin bread recipes (to fuel your soul) to traveling the world to expand your view on life.

A little background: I got my Bachelor’s in Dietetics at Illinois State University in my mid-20s. Then I realized that telling people what to eat every day wasn’t for me.
However, my passion for food and wellness didn’t go away, it just morphed into this blog!
